Te Amo
“Scarcely had I passed by them,
When I found the one I love.
I held him and would not let him go,
Until I had brought him to the house of my mother,
And into the chamber of her who conceived me.
I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem,
By the gazelles or by the does of the field,
Do not stir up nor awaken love
Until it pleases”
Songs of Solomon 3:4-5
Whoever coined these lyrics is a master of love, seriously! It’s hard to believe this comes from the bible!
If I told my dude that he would frisk me to find out what kind of joint I am smoking.
Welcome to Te Amo. Where true love reins, yes there is true love and it’s not out there, it is right here with us! We can all find it. Love is not a feeling, those goosebumps you get when your “lover” calls, that could just be lust ( don’t shoot me yet)
Love isn’t sex! Yes, I said it. Research shows that those who have sex on a first date never want to meet again! Sorry folks!
In Te AMO we will be diving deep into a very unique topic. Most of you have never heard of this topic. I will unpack this for you. Intersex is a unique group of people, there are over 46 categories. To be intersex is not a decision one makes, not by a mile. You are born that way. Intersex is the most misunderstood group across the globe, yet they make at least 1% of the world’s population.
Join me on Te Amo to really get the real story behind Intersex.
Now you are asking, what has intersex have to do with love? Glad you did. I will give you a sneak preview. Many within intersex are born with both male and female organs, “generally” intersex don’t date another intersex. However, as we know love is blind ( well crippled in most cases) dating as intersex has unique limitations. Society, in general, is not aware of just how to deal with the social stigma ignited through innocent ignorance of Intersex. We will explore all that.
Well, lovely people enjoy your day! You are all in for a heck of a surprise! Lovers and Uncovers! Thumb upers and thumb downers you are all welcome to Te AMO.
As a parting shot chew on this,
“Even the worst of us needs a hug’”
Hug someone today! (With your mask on)
